Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Liberated! is drawing near and we have some pre-conference announcements and notes, especially for those staying on campus.

Please note the check-in times. For those staying in the dorms, check-in is between 1:00p and 2:00p. Commuters may check-in between 1:00p and 2:45p. If you are arriving later than those times please contact us so that we can make special arrangements.

Parking is available on the street and in the WLC garage off of Wisconsin Ave. Signs will be posted directing you to the registration area and a map will be posted on the website. If you are flying into the area and would like someone to pick you up at the airport, please let us know that as well. On Tuesday, those staying in the dorms may park their vehicle in the spots next to the dorms (Stimac Hall) to unload, but are then asked to move their vehicle to the parking garage.

An updated map of the campus with labels has been posted to the website. It can be found at the bottom of the conference information page. Directions to WLC can be found on their website.

Mr. Baker has requested that everyone interested in singing in the choir or playing an instrument for service attend the marked rehearsals. Music will be sent to participants as soon as it is available.

For those staying on campus, please remember that bed linens and towels are not provided. The bed size in the dorms is Twin XL. If anyone has trouble locating bed linens, please contact and we will try to purchase some cheap sheets that will be provided at cost. There is to be no alcohol on the property, no taping things to the dorm walls, no running in the buildings, no bouncing balls, no animals, no propping doors open, and we have been asked to keep the noise level down at all times (I don’t expect this to be an issue, but WLC asked us to tell people).

There is a mini fridge in each room, and we suggest bringing water or other non-alcoholic beverages because there really is no where to get anything on campus if you’re thirsty at night.

Roommate requests will be honored, but as a reminder you may be sharing a bathroom with the adjoining room (your room door to the bathroom locks).

WLC’s catering staff is top-notch and will try to accommodate special requests. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any special dietary needs.

To assist in streamlining the adult convert panel discussion, we have created a question submission form. It can be accessed here:

A full schedule of services and presentations is available on the website. Both the opening and closing Divine Services as well as the daily prayer offices are open to everyone to attend. They do not need to register to attend the services. However, if they wish to commune, we ask that they announce with one of the pastors attending the conference before they do so.

Single-day and commuter registrations will remain open throughout the conference. Overnight registrations made after July 1 are subject to WLC availability and will be assessed a late-registration surcharge.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us.
